This includes reviewing project documents, understanding the project scope, preparing the Activity List and Resource List, estimating activity durations, linking Bill of Quantities (BOQ) items to project activities, and then importing all project data into Primavera P6. You will also create the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), establish activity relationships and sequencing, and ultimately develop a fully integrated project schedule based on the latest industry best practices.
The course then covers various Schedule Updating techniques, Project KPI Analysis, and the preparation of essential reports for effective Project Reporting and Control.
To reinforce your learning, the course concludes with a comprehensive Project Assignment, where you will independently prepare a complete Baseline Schedule—from reviewing project documents to final submission to the consultant. You will also receive personalized feedback on your work upon completion.
By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to launch your career in planning and project management.
