All courses and digital materials are delivered electronically. Once payment is successfully completed, access to the purchased content will be granted immediately or within a short period of time, allowing you to start the course as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Refund requests are only permitted within the first 7 days from the date of payment.

After this period, no refund requests will be accepted for any reason.
